The Project

With the help of modern lean management processes, this sharing platform offers the possibility to record unused industrial resources in a centralized manner. The collected data is made available to a user community via the platform. All available resources can be made available directly via the portal for a fee (rent or purchase).

The Challenge

Design of a responsive website. New development of a cleanly structured, container-based application architecture that is scalable and can be further developed as required. Integration of a WebSocket server. Creation of a tiered rights system for different access, write and read rights.

Our Technologies

When developing the sharing platform, we combined stable source technologies in order to make groupware functions accessible to industrial teams on the one hand and to enable regular users to book resources in a low-threshold manner on the other. We used WebSocket connections, PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, Laravel, AlpineJS, TailwindCSS and Docker, among others.
