What are the priorities of TenMedia / Which frameworks/languages do you use? Services

We offer everything needed to develop and operate software applications. This can also include web technologies. Our focus is on classic full-stack development, in all shapes and colors. We have experience with almost all known frameworks, CMS and libraries (frontend and backend). Our special focus is on in-house developments. We flexibly develop complex applications and application parts in-house according to project requirements. We generally use existing software only on a very selective basis, e.g. with open source core frameworks such as Laravel or .NET. Only with in-house developments can we meet our quality standards, plan precisely and implement features free of external limitations. Basically, we choose the technologies to be used depending on the project. Wherever possible, we work with backend technologies such as PHP and C#, but also with Webassembly or JavaScript in the frontend.

Do you supervise our projects even after finalization? Services

We see it as self-evident to continue being at your disposal for any queries that might occur, even after finalization of the project. If needed, we can also agree upon reduced hourly rates for hosting or maintenace services.

Emergency service / My site got hacked / My server is down etc. Services

For existing customers, where we have the necessary access, we can uncomplicatedly help immediately. Also for new customers we can usually set up our development environment at short notice and get the site up and running again, but this is only possible by prepayment (PayPal or instant bank transfer, if you need it fast). Billing is done by the minute at our usual hourly rate, but at least 8 hours (possibly plus night surcharge).

Do you offer a price guarantee? Services

Of course we do! We offer a price guarantee of 100% for all services agreed upon in advance. This prevents unwanted surprises from happening in case the development takes a few hours longer than expected. Please note that this is not the case for "spontaneous" services, like emergency services. In this case, it is impossible for us to assess the workload beforehand, so we have to charge you as we normally would.

Do you also offer search engine optimization? Services

Yes, we offer OnPage seo optimization through our in-house development as well as editorial team.
