Who is TenMedia?

Rami studied economics (M.Sc.) at the University of Potsdam. Alongside his studies, he devoted himself to his great passion: programming. In 2011, he founded the software company TenMedia. Since then, he has been involved in the implementation of our projects as a lead developer. His skill set includes the design and technical implementation of databases and software applications, as well as IT infrastructure management with providers such as AWS and Azure. Rami is certified by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce to train IT specialists.

Jan studied computer science at the Technical University of Berlin and completed his training as an IT specialist at our IT agency. Since then, he has been involved in the implementation of numerous challenging projects as an application developer. He contributes his skills to various phases of the software development process—from conception to launch. In addition to development, his skill set also includes software testing and coordination with customers to ensure that complex requirements are implemented precisely.

With a bachelor's degree from Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg, Luca combines academic knowledge of business administration with practical experience in management consulting. In addition, he gained experience in organizing cultural events during a stay abroad in Denmark. His responsibilities at TenMedia include first-level support and the administration of Scrum boards. He is also responsible for project coordination and manual testing of applications.

Ludwig is part of our team as an IT specialist for application development. He applies the knowledge he acquired during his retraining in a targeted manner in practice, works enthusiastically on various projects, and uses modern software technologies. In addition to full-stack development, he focuses particularly on the development of automated application tests.

Dietmar studied screenwriting at the German Film and Television Academy Berlin (DFFB) and political science at the Free University of Berlin. He has worked in various positions as a consultant, dramaturge, and director on film and theater projects. In addition, he has many years of experience as an author in various fields such as culture, technology, and education. At TenMedia, he is responsible for creating online content, producing our podcast, and supporting us in the creation of (operating) manuals and tutorials.

As a trained digital and print media designer, Lorena brings a wealth of experience to our IT agency. She has extensive expertise in graphic design, web development, and interactive design. Her skill set includes interface design, user guidance planning, and UI design.
