FAQs
How much does the service cost? keyboard_arrow_down keyboard_arrow_up
The monthly fee depends on the agreed number of hours. The minimum requirement is one working day per month. Billing is done at significantly reduced rates compared to individual booking.
Which programming languages and systems are supported? keyboard_arrow_down keyboard_arrow_up
We support all programming languages, CMS, and frameworks.
Which hosting providers do you work with? keyboard_arrow_down keyboard_arrow_up
Our internal solution is Microsoft Azure, but we also work with all other hosting providers and on-premise solutions.
What happens if the time limit is exceeded? keyboard_arrow_down keyboard_arrow_up
We never abandon projects, even if the time spent exceeds the agreed quota. Overtime can be billed or compensated for in consultation with the following months.
What happens if more hours are needed in a month than booked? keyboard_arrow_down keyboard_arrow_up
Minor fluctuations are balanced through the flexible hour contingent. If significantly more hours are required, these are billed at the respective employee's hourly rate in the following month. It is therefore recommended to choose a contingent that matches the expected workload in order to benefit from the lower contingent hourly rates.
What happens if fewer hours are used than booked? keyboard_arrow_down keyboard_arrow_up
50% of unused hours expire at the end of the month, the remaining 50% are carried over to the following month. It is therefore recommended to choose a contingent that matches the expected workload.
Can maintenance contracts be concluded for software developed elsewhere? keyboard_arrow_down keyboard_arrow_up
Yes. We also take over the maintenance and support of software that was not developed by us. After an initial code audit and onboarding phase, we integrate the project into our processes — including monitoring, support and further development.
What happens in emergencies, such as when a server or database fails? keyboard_arrow_down keyboard_arrow_up
We have 24/7 monitoring on every customer project. In case of acute failure, we receive various alerts, so that we can act immediately.
Do you offer services other than technical support? keyboard_arrow_down keyboard_arrow_up
Our team includes individuals from various disciplines required for operation and development. This includes an internal editorial team, UX and UI experts, project managers, and programmers. If desired or necessary, we also activate these resources within the scope of monthly services.
What are the minimum contract terms? keyboard_arrow_down keyboard_arrow_up
There are no minimum contract terms. The maintenance contract can be terminated at the end of each month at any time.
How much does onboarding, or project takeover, cost? keyboard_arrow_down keyboard_arrow_up
