How does maintenance via a service level agreement work?

A service level agreement (SLA) defines services, response times and a monthly hourly quota. This makes maintenance, updates and support plannable and transparent. The quotas can be adjusted to the actual need.

Are the software services also suitable for public authorities?

Yes. TenMedia has experience with the special requirements of public clients, from procurement and documentation to compliance, GDPR and information security based on its ISO 27001 certified management system. On request, operation takes place in German data centres.
