Next-generation personal AI assistant
The Project
Gigaaa was a personal AI assistant made in Germany, carried by a secure, scalable backend infrastructure on Amazon AWS. The focus was on data storage, database and computing power, and on opening up the system through more than 250 API endpoints, an architecture closer to a platform than to a single app.
A powerful core network processed all user actions and was prepared for extreme traffic fluctuations. In addition, several apps were built with Cordova and React Native.
The Challenge

In addition, the core network for processing all user actions had to be built and prepared for extreme fluctuations in traffic.
Our Technologies
In the backend, Java, PHP and Laravel worked hand in hand, the frontend was built with JavaScript and AngularJS. The iOS and Android apps were developed with Cordova and React Native and shared their logic with all other clients through more than 250 API endpoints. The infrastructure was hosted scalably on Amazon AWS, with separate layers for data storage, database and computing power, designed for the extreme traffic fluctuations of a consumer product.
