Central platform for inventory management at rescue stations
The Project
When rescue stations run out of material or medication, more than logistics is at stake. Ze.uS manages medical and non-medical stocks centrally and keeps supply reliably in view.
Ordering and inventory processes run directly via handheld scanners, and login is handled through external authentication interfaces. The robust solution supports supply security in the sensitive rescue service environment every day.
The Challenge
Rescue stations need a reliable supply of materials and medication, shortages are not an option. Requirements included connecting external authentication interfaces, capturing orders and inventories via handheld scanners, and stock keeping that stays correct across stations. All of this in an environment where nobody has time for cumbersome software when operational readiness is at stake.
Our Technologies
The platform was built with PHP and Laravel in the backend and Vue.js and Tailwind CSS in the frontend. Docker handles container virtualisation, while hardware and API integrations connect handheld scanners and external authentication seamlessly to the application. The platform now runs on a current Laravel release, sends notifications via Microsoft Graph and is monitored with Sentry, and development continues steadily.
