The Project
The VDD needed a central, intuitive platform to handle registration, administration and evaluation of its competitions digitally and efficiently from end to end. And because endurance rides rarely take place where there is Wi-Fi, data capture must also work offline.
Complex processes such as competition organisation, participation management and results documentation are mapped transparently and made accessible to everyone involved. Efficient data maintenance reduces the organisational workload.
The Challenge
The major challenge was to map the complex processes of competition organisation, participation management and results documentation in a single, intuitive, centrally managed application, and to enable data capture in the field even without an internet connection.
The Solution
The new web-based platform maps every step digitally and in a user-friendly way, from registration to the evaluation of results. The platform provides transparency, efficient data maintenance and a structured event workflow, centrally available to everyone involved.
Our Technologies
The modular Laravel backend enables secure data processing, individual business logic and efficient process automation. Offline functionality enables data capture even in open terrain without network coverage. The user interface was built with current technologies such as TailwindCSS, Blade and Livewire and offers a clear, responsive interface that is intuitive to use.
