Process management solution for pre-employment screening
The Project
For DISA, a pre-employment screening system was created that companies, including DAX-listed corporations, use to verify applicant data efficiently during the hiring process.
As a powerful groupware, the platform bundles fast identity checks, high data protection requirements and flexibly configurable screening procedures in one system. Unified workflows, central reports and consolidated communication speed up the entire process.
The Challenge
What was required was a powerful groupware solution that processes large volumes of applicant data reliably and securely. Particular focus was placed on fast identity checks, compliance with the highest data protection requirements and the flexible mapping of a wide variety of screening processes.
The Solution
The platform enables companies to handle all screening processes in pre-employment screening comprehensively. The application combines unified systems, automated workflows and high security standards with a wide range of individually configurable checks. Reports, communication and delivery of results are handled centrally and clearly.
Our Technologies
At the heart of the platform is a modular Laravel backend with version-controlled code that securely processes large volumes of sensitive applicant data, maps individual business logic and automates screening processes via SOAP and RESTful interfaces. The user interface, built with TailwindCSS, Blade and Livewire, offers a clear, responsive and intuitive user experience.
The application is hosted in Microsoft Azure. In a container-based environment with Docker Compose, services such as FrankenPHP, MySQL, Laravel Reverb and Redis ensure stable, secure and high-performance operation, even under heavy load. Agile project planning based on Scrum, together with automated processes, backups and logging, supports transparency, stability and reliable operation. An accompanying manual guides users through the screening processes.
